Formed in 2008, The Kentucky Cow Tippers are
the north east's finest bluegrass band. Playing traditional and contemporary bluegrass music with unique style and atittude, The Kentucky Cow Tippers continue to entertain audiences across the country.
Pleased to announce we'll be playing at TAMWORTH BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL next month and the SUMMER TYNE AMERICANA FESTIVAL in July! More to be announced shortly so watch this space!

7/1/12 - Happy New Year Everyone! We've got alot planned for 2012 and are looking forward to a great year! first off, you can now buy our CD online! Just click the CD tab on the menu! We've also announced some new gigs recently including supporting The Dirt Daubers at the Cluny 2 in March and we should announcing some more great gigs soon so keep watching the gigs section of the site or join the mailing list and we'll keep you updated!

24/11/11- Tickets are selling fast for our gig at the Millstone 17th December, we'll be launching our new album, playing some festive bluegrass and support from bluegrass plus! Get your tickets now!
18/10/2011 - The Kentucky Cow Tippers will be hosting their own evening of Bluegrass at the millstone, Gosofrth, 17th December. The gig will be the official debut of the bands new line up and a preview of new original songs aswell as a night of great old time, bluegrass music. Support from Bluegrass plus. 30/9/2011 - As some of you may have heard Hannah and Tim have unfortunately decided to leave the band to pursue other musical interests. We wish them all the best as we've had a great 2 years together and you can catch us at our last gig with them at the Gateshead Old Town Hall, 30th October, supporting the brilliant Chatham County Line.
